Welcome to Intutic! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, APIs, sandboxes, dashboard consoles, and services provided by Intutic, Inc. ("Intutic", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our services, connecting an active sync-daemon, routing proxy queries, or provisioning a developer workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Services & Workspace Accounts
To use our active firewall and configuration dashboard, you must register a workspace account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your API keys, sync-daemon tokens, and login credentials.
- All activities and tool-call overrides executed within your workspace.
- Ensuring that the agentic workflows governed by your active firewall comply with all applicable local, regional, and national regulations.
2. License and Open Source Boundaries
Our core developer packages (including the CLI, WASM rule SDK, and Valkey memory adapters) are released as open-source software under approved licenses. However:
- Commercial Services: The cloud control-plane API endpoints, live dashboard overlays, multi-workspace sync tools, and the Enterprise SaaS features are proprietary to Intutic, Inc. and are licensed only on a commercial tier subscription.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass licensing limits, or distribute our proprietary packages without authorization.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Intutic proxy, gateway, or sandbox features to:
- Inject malicious instructions, malware, or payload hacks into model execution environments.
- Run unchecked execution loops that deliberately waste token budgets or overload third-party provider APIs.
- Violate the terms of service of any linked model provider (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini).
4. Billing, stripe checkout, and Marketplaces
Commercial seats and usage-based token budgets are handled through Stripe or approved partner portals:
- Stripe Checkout: Billing details and checkout redirects are managed securely via Stripe. Invoicing occurs monthly based on active seats.
- Cloud Marketplaces: If you subscribe via AWS or GCP SaaS marketplaces, billing meter reports are transmitted automatically via the Marketplace Metering APIs. Pricing is determined by your custom contract terms.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Intutic does not guarantee that the active firewall will prevent all security exploits, loop overruns, or policy non-compliance issues in your agentic workflows.
In no event shall Intutic, Inc. be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or secondary damages resulting from agent execution bugs or tool-call interceptions.
6. Termination
You can delete your workspace and terminate these terms at any time. We reserve the right to suspend workspaces in case of billing defaults or malicious abuse of the active proxy endpoints.
