1. Data Collection & Local Auditing boundaries
Intutic operates as an open-core active defense plane. The way data is handled depends on your deployment scope:
- Local Sandbox: Telemetry, tool calls, and grounding SOP policies processed through local agent sandboxes (e.g., CLI, Local Proxy wrapper) remain strictly inside your environment. We do not receive, store, or view local tool payload details.
- Intutic Cloud Control Plane: If you connect to our cloud dashboard or utilize metered intelligence services, we collect account credentials, billing details, aggregated token metrics (useful vs. wasted), and security compliance scores required for SaaS billing and diagnostics.
2. How We Use Collected Information
We process telemetry and account metadata for the following standard business operations:
- Providing, maintaining, and monitoring our agent firewall and caching performance.
- Aggregating billing consumption statistics linked to Stripe and cloud marketplace portals.
- Improving our ML model routers, drift-detection algorithms, and sequence classification classifiers.
- Ensuring safety, detecting credential misuse, and intercepting loop anomalies.
3. Data Protection and Zero Model Training
We employ modern industry practices to safeguard your agentic code and workflow logs:
- No Model Training: We never use your agentic payloads, prompt content, files, or grounding instructions to train any LLMs or foundation models.
- Encrypted Transport: All data transmitted to our cloud control plane utilizes TLS 1.3 encryption. Rest database clusters enforce strict SSL handshakes and tables are encrypted at rest.
4. Sharing and Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, or trade your developer details. We only share data with subprocessors required to maintain the service:
- Payment Processors: Stripe for checkout redirections and recurring seats.
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Google Cloud Platform (GKE) for hosting our control-plane.
- Cloud Marketplaces: AWS and GCP Marketplace Metering APIs for usage-based SaaS invoicing.
5. Your Rights and Retention
You have the right to request deletion of your account records, workspaces, and telemetry logs at any time. Workspace parameters cached in Valkey databases expire dynamically based on configured TTL rates.
